Renato is an attorney graduated from UFMG, with a degree in business administration from ETFG-MG. With 12 years of professional experience, before joining Ease Labs, he was a partner of two important law firms in Minas Gerais: Santos Moreira Advogados Associados and Costa Landi Sociedade de Advogados, working primarily with advice on civil law and business law (Compliance). At Ease Labs, he is in charge of structuring the internal legal department and coordinating external partners, with a leading role of formalizing material partnerships, conducting the corporate structuring of the group, establishing the legal and regulatory compliance of the company and defining safe strategies for the future.
