Before joining Ease, Fernando worked for companies such as Mendes Jr Engenharia, working as an infrastructure engineer, and CSEM Brasil, working as a business developer in the innovation area. Fernando graduated in Civil Engineering from UFMG, and has a graduate degree in Marketing from Fundação Dom Cabral. Heading the new business area and PMO at Ease Labs, Fernado and his team were responsible for the acquisition of Catedral, a pharmaceutical and chemical company, which complements activities conducted by the Ease Labs group, the development of the Natural Ease software, and the company’s verticalization process in the cannabis chain.
